A dark fantasy dungeon crawler set in a dying world. The gods are dead and in there place an eldritch horror, known as J'fain, has unleashed his hordes upon the land. After a last hopeless attempt by the mortal races to destroy J'fain's armies and cast him back through the Dark Sun portal, one lone soldier - the mute and mysterious Pieran - embarks on a suicide mission into the beast's nest, to put an end to The Deformed Lord.
